The restaurant Your Pie offers a gluten free pizza crust! They take great care with corss contamination: pizze on clean pan, wash hands, put on new gloves when adding toppings and wash pizza cutter before cutting pizza! Your Pie is located in 5 Piotns and also at Beechwood Plaza. I love this place - can't wait to get home tonight and eat my leftover...
