  2. I found this great recipe for gluten and yeast-free bread at Bob's Red Mill. This recipe calls for eggs, but you could use egg-replacers (1/4 cup soft-silken tofu per egg or egg replacer by Ener-G).   3. I thought you might like to know that Bob's Red Mill makes a bread-machine gluten-free bread mix called Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix. I've made it a few times and we really enjoy its flavor. You can make it by hand as well. I think you can buy through the web, though I know more stores have been carrying the mix.
