I agree about using cumin, just always make sure your spices are fresh because that is a real bummer when not.   2. Hi, I would like to have a good pita bread recipe that someone has actually tried. Am still in my first 2 weeks of Gluten Free and Dairy Free. I make my hummus but would like to use something other than corn chips. ANYONE??? THanks, Anne
