I also like Kinnikinnick Sandwich White. I'd like to add that in the past two months I have been buying puppodons, an indian cracker, and now like it better than bread. They look like a large communion wafer and usually consist of bean flour, lentil flour, or other combination, and are gluten free. I just pop it in the microwave for between 40-60 seconds... -

A Lonestar restaurant recently opened in my neighborhood (Philadelphia). I contacted them last month and they replied saying that they could not guarantee any gluten-free items on their menu. -
You could make him a burger on a bun and fries, then put them in those new toaster bags. Pampered Chef sells them and another place also, but I can't remember. I just posted on "What were your first symptoms? I suffered with utter fatigue, abnormal heart rhythms, breathlessness, etc. Didn't get any relief until I went to a hemotologist doctor and was diagnosed with extreme anemia. I never had bowl problems. I started getting cramps and aches in my feet and lower legs, couldn't sleep at night and I felt so tired. Then, when I walked up a flight of stairs my heart would go bang, bang, bang. Lastly, I could not walk very far without stopping because I could not get a full breath (thought it was asthma).
