They look like a large communion wafer and usually consist of bean flour, lentil flour, or other combination, and are gluten free. I just pop it in the microwave for between 40-60 seconds...
  2. A Lonestar restaurant recently opened in my neighborhood (Philadelphia). I contacted them last month and they replied saying that they could not guarantee any gluten-free items on their menu.
