Can't answer the ppm debate -- not sure anyone can. According to Dr. Peter Green, US standard is under 10 ppm and Europe is 20 ppm -- but like the moderator said, ppm is only pertinent relevant to volume -- large volumes end up in glutamination, regardless of ppm count. This might help though -- do you drink enough? Often, headaches are a preliminary... -
