Then I drank milk and ate cheese throughout day and stomach was fine. This whole time I still have...

  6. Hi Jeff I to was negative on blood work and the did colonoscopy and Endoscopy(looking for chrons) and they only tested one sample for celiac and it was negative. I was told that to be 100% you need to do many biopsys and even if those are done they can be negative and you actually could have celiac. Basically a false negative. I have been going through...
  7. Any men have this? I read all this and it sounds good, but I am gluten-free(1 month) and DF(1 week) my belly is out of control. I have lost 10lbs and still have beer belly type of belly! I see almost 99% of posts here are women, not that it should matter, but are men experiencing this at all either. Does Magnesium really help? Any other suggestions, sugar...
  8. Hi Almost one month in as gluten-free and now going Dairy Free, I have had some many liittle mistakes with learning what has dairy or gluten in it to really get a handle on things. I am getting better and starting to figure most out. Has anyone done an intestine or colon cleanse and found benifits in this?? Seems like a no brainer, since it will allow...
  9. Hi Wow, It is so nice to hear so many people with my situation. I to was negative in blood and biopsy. I was told by another specialist that a biopsy is useless unless you take a minimum of 6 biopsys to test for Celiac. I have been gluten free now for several weeks, although I am feeling much better, I am still bloated everyday. I figured I might have...

  14. Hi See my signature line for history lol. It is long sorry. I am think I may finally be having issues to milk or lactose. I say finally becuase milk seemed to be my favorite drink as a child and now at age 29 still is a big part of my life. Every single morning. Since my whole fiasco has started in January my stomach gets upset, basically gurgling, and...
  15. Thanks For all the feeback everyone!! I think it came down to the chicken being exposed or marinated in something that the place was unaware had gluten in it. I am not lactose intolerant at all, I have had multiple tests for this. I use to drink upwards of 2 gallons of milk aweek lol now down to one. I think it could be the dressing, although the dressing...
  16. Hi Any one have luck or use Enterolab.com testing? I have been gluten free for one week now, and decided to do the diet after multiple negative results, for IBS, Chrons, UC, SIBO, etc. I have blood work and edoscopy for Celiac but both were negative. My new Dr thinks they did not take enough Biopsy's to confirm or deny Celiac. My mom has it so I figured...
  17. Hi I am into diet one week. My mom has Celiac and I have been taught very well how to avoid and look for unknown sources of gluten. I had a chicken ceaser salad with ceasar dressing. No croutons. I was told dressing and chicken were gluten-free by place I got food. After eating this, I felt like I had a party going on in my stomach lol. It was gurgling...

  19. Hi TI, You are just like me very detailed : ) Let me give you a tad more detail. I had colonoscopy and Endoscopy. What was found was E-GD in February included inspection and biopsy of the upper small bowel (duodenum) and no signs results indicated Celiac. Mild gastritis, and mild accute Colitis, and GERD. I then had more blood work to rule out Chrons...
  20. Thanks for the reply, I was on probiotics(Align and yogurts) but stopped two weeks before my Hydrogren Breath Test becuase they said that can screw things up. So your saying I should start those up again, it can help? Also what grains did you stop if you can't have gluten? Rice and stuff? And lastly, what would trigger a hot dog to affect you? Is it made...
