  1. Well Ive only been gluten-free for 4 months but if I eat something bad its usually tiredness, bloating, different kind of pain. Ive had this kind of pain in the past before I went gluten-free....doctors didnt know what it was though.

The general thought was Id put on some much needed weight (was only about 52kg/115 lbs and Im around 5'5), due to malabsorption being righted, eating more protein etc. I dont own scales but I can judge from my clothes fitting and my bone...
  5. I cant use mascara, shampoo or body wash that contains wheat in it or else I get some bad skin problems. I know other people dont have these issues however. I think Im just ultra sensitive. If you dont get skin or any other reactions from using gluten cosmetics then you could be okay? Could pay to err on the side of caution though. The bonus of gluten-free...
  6. Thanks for the thoughts guys, I do have quite a bit of tomato I suppose, but I try to stay away from potato and arent really into any other nightshades. I might check out this arthritis though.... since this same hand gets very achy if I write with it too long...how do they diagnose it?
