    I am 43 years old and was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2003, at the age of 37, and have had severe Rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 24. Prior to my diagnosis of Celiac Disease, I trialled a wheat free diet for 6 months.

We have been in contact with DIAGEO INTERNATIONAL who market and distribute the majority of the pre-mixed drinks and they have advised that many of them are gluten free.   2. Q. Can I eat chocolate with only 'trace' amounts of gluten? A. No. No level of gluten is safe to consume on a gluten free diet. If a product is declaring 'trace amounts of gluten', it is usually because a wheat starch blend has been used as the moulding agent.   5. Gee, your dd must be very allergic to gluten if she has a reaction this bad. i agree though - I reckon she has inhaled some gluten or it has entered via her sinuses.   6. I have just been diagnosed as a celiac and I was wondering if anybody knows if I can still drink scotch whisky with malt in it. Such as Chivas Regal or Glenfiddich. I am having difficulty find any information about what happens when the malt is added.
