  3. I was 55 when diagnosed and it took me almost 18 months to see a reduction in fatigue. Very frustratng especially with children to tend to. I have two grandchildren, ages 1 and 3 during the day and it can be exhausting. Hope your energy levels improve soon. please check for gluten-free vitamins that "may" help.
  4. I have been given Gluten Free GoPicnic ready to eat meals. They claim to b gluten free but also made in a factory with wheat. Does anyone have experience with them?
  5. Try Align Probiotics and use 3 times a day. This will help with the bathroom trips. Find a good Nutritionist to ensure you're getting the amount of protein you need for energy. Fresh fruits and vegetables along with lean meats are key. It's a long journey. I wish you well especially with having small children. You should also have them tested.
  6. has not set their status

  8. Get tested - it may be the answer you're looking for.

My lightheadedness has also been refered to as vaso-vagal response. I don't lose consciousness but must lie down immediately. My blood sugar has been fine as well. I generally have low blood pressure. I eat small...
  10. I'm 58 years old and was self diagnosed in February with gluten intolerance. After losing 25 pounds, throwing up and diarhea daily; near fainting spells weekly, the doctor ran a battery of tests. MRI, CT, heart, ENT and blood work enough for a vampire. All were fine. Earlier I was being treated for acid reflux. After going gluten free, I improved dramatically...
  11. Amber, make sure that your vitamins are gluten free. My nutritionists said I needed vitamins so I got them from GNC. After another fainting spell, I learned that GNC is not regulated by the FDA. Vitamins need to be prescribed by a physician. Get to know your pharmacist so they can help identify any medicines that contain gluten. Good luck.
