  3. I've been off wheat for about one month. I'm just starting to feel normal...occasionally. I seem to notice trouble with corn, rice, and dairy, too. Guess I'll have to keep eliminating food groups. Sorry to hear others are going through this but it's good to know I'm not alone. Thanks to all who contribute. It's a huge help.
  4. I understood that 90% of taste is smell. I've felt nauseated in the bakery section of my local grocery store. If you're nauseated it doesn't matter what causes it, you just want it to go away! I recently discovered a pressure point on the little finger side of your wrist that takes away the mild nausea immediately.
