Hi. I am newly diagnosed (22 Dec. 09) I have been to SA 4 times before diagnosis. Will be coming there in a week for almost a month. Found a lot online but in the cities. I'll be in Joburg & Cape Town and driving between both. ANy way I can help?

Our local Ice Cream place just opened for the year today. I was diagnosed on 22 Dec. So when it closed I could eat there. In general is soft serve ice cream gluten free or not?

I'm now in the post or tween holiday gathering mode. Today I was at a family gathering with meatballs (assumed gluten), salad with gluten dressing, and luncheon/supermarket deli meat. Help me please.... How do I know if deli meat is OK or not?

Hi. I was just diagnosed on Dec. 22nd and I live in Lancaster County also. It seems like I've spent hours searching all kinds of stuff online to see what and where I can eat. Dave
