I especially noticed it when I could not remember how to tack up my horse one day (after 10 years of riding)...I felt so stupid and did not know what was wrong with me. I have been looking all over the internet trying to find any information I could about melatonin. I have always had a tough time getting to sleep and after moving to a different time zone (3 hours different) I have been finding I can't sleep until 5am then dragging though the days only to not be able to sleep again the next night.
