I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance so the biopsy was normal with me and all the blood work for celiac was normal . . . I went to an allergist / immunologist and she did scratch testing for allergies which came back normal. I kept looking though since I have uncontrolled ulcerative colitis despite being on Remicade. I just got a new Bette Hagman cookbook and her biscuit mix and cream soup base call for powdered buttermilk and powdered/dry milk. I need products that are lactose free but I can't have corn and/or soy based products. Anyone know of products I can use? Thank you for any help.
