  1. in july 2009 i had the E95 basic and extensive food panel blood test done. the test stated that i was significantly allergic (although just barely) to gliadin, gluten, rye, wheat, spelt, and tricticale. and moderately allergice to malt. however i was not allergic to barley. first of all, how is that possible? everything i've read about gluten-free diets...
  2. after eating mostly allergy free for several months, i started feeling like i was coming down with a sinus infection or the flu. i never got sick, but i did get some splotches of dermatitis on my face and neck. i think it was from something i ate. i went to the doctor, and they prescribed me a steroid. i didn't want to take it so i visited my estitician friend...
