  1. In addition, iron levels can be affected by genetics - for instance, I have hemochromatosis which makes my iron levels high if untreated. Between thyroid and iron and gluten issues, I've found some symptoms end up canceling themselves out until I change treatments.
  2. I just returned from a glorious 2 week trip to Europe, extra glorious for the reason that I was able to completely tolerate any bread I ate there. For someone who has had digestive issues since high school it was AMAZING. While I am not celiac-diagnosed, I have worked closely with a naturopath in the states to determine that it is wheat which I can't tolerate...
  3. I was curious if other people have found relief when accidentally glutened - I get pretty severe abdominal pain and an upset stomach - has anyone found an over the counter remedy that alleviates pain after the damage has been done?
