  1. Wow this is very encouraging to hear!! I am pregnant with number 4 and just diagnosed after my last baby. I also got REALLY sick, luckily I could usually stop the vomitting with zofran though. It still was miserable and made taking care of the kids tough! I will pray that maybe I will get a little break too. In the past I've been on Zofran until I...
  2. I am new(er) diagnosed. I am still learning and paying for the learning too, but such is life. Tonight my husband made me chicken and he cooked it in a safe pan, but he used worcestershire sauce. I also had brown rice. I feel sick after eating it and am having some major stomach cramps. I am allergic to soy also, but my hubby thought worcestershire...
  3. Very interesting I was reading some articles by a Dr.H- about the neurological connection. I wonder often about my stroke. I started having nausea/stomach issues a month later had a stroke. TONS of tests and nothing....
  4. I was off gluten, but son was not. Does that really make a difference though?? So you are saying my son has a higher chance of actually having celiac if he already doesn't?? When you say he has more then DQ2?? His blood test was negative though. He has slowed down growing in the past year, but not losing weight. I am unsure if I should do a scope or...
  5. I am trying to narrow down what is making me feel sick sometimes, could there be cc issues going on with these?? Anyone know off hand??
  6. I would get in to see a GI or at least demand a Celiac panel. I've had terrible nausea and sometimes mine would go on all day, worst in the morning though. I'd have occasional diarrhea too. My blood test panel was positive, scope was negative....enterolab showed gluten intolerance and that I carry one of the celiac genes and one of gluten sentivity genes...
  7. Thanks for your input. I was reading that too, and I know positive is positive from what I read. I guess it's the skeptic in me saying is this really this. I had some diarrhea which has improved, but my main symptom was nausea. It got a lot better since going gluten free, but not gone completely. Sometimes I wonder if I have something else autoimmune...
  8. I just had this done for my son and myself and these were our results. My son 2 1/2 years old, chronic loose stools about his only symptom. Getting much better since gluten free, but is now complaining of a tummy ache a lot, not sure if I should put him on prevacid or something to help?? A) Gluten Sensitivity Stool and Gene Panel Complete *Best...
