Just read your post, right here is the best support. I have found lots of answers and ideas. Research on line, go to your local health food store. Hang in there I have been gluten-free for 2 months and noticed a difference in days. Good luck.

By chance, does anyone have a lead on a GI Doctor or nutritionalist who can give me some help with my new Gluten free lifestye. I must be doing something wrong because I don't feel I am any better at all. I have lost 30 lbs and am lightheaded and weak most of the time. To say I am disappointed with my GI Doctor, is an understatement. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the results from a blood test for Celiac's and hope to get the results tomorrow. I completely understand your frustration. I am gluten free now for 4 weeks and if anything, I feel worse and not better. I do have moments however that I feel OK, but they seem far and few between. Something else that has come to mind since my diagnosis, is that 30 years ago I was diagnosed with "chronic hives" The doctors said it was most probably a food alergy but could never narrow it down exactly.
