I am also concerned with this... I am 40 , been Gluten free for about 2 months.... and am 5' 10" and have gone down to 125lbs ... I just can't seem to find the right foods to eat... I have been buying that "boost" Protein drink which is gluten free but at 8$ for 6 small bottles... it gets very costly! any help would be great !
