  1. Hi all, Here's the problem I've run into: I've made my own gluten-free bread/ buns etc. Fresh out of the oven, my husband says they taste great. If I put the leftovers in the fridge, they get hard within a day. I've tried leaving them on the counter in plastic wrap and a plastic bag, but the bread gets moldy after a few days. Has anyone had any success...
  2. Hi all, I tried the Betty Crocker Yellow Cake mix. My husband liked it, but the cake got hard after a day and I had to throw it out. Has anyone else experience this problem? It could've been because I had frosted the cake with a cream cheese frosing and then refrigerated it. I'm still learning all the tips and tricks associated with gluten free baking...
