My experience has been completely different at my office. I work at an urgent care, and while I was going through this process, I had a lot of support from my peers. I dont own a microwave. I'd only been sick for a few months. But have always had IBS like symptoms. However all of a sudden things went from bad to worse. So when I finally got a firm diagnosis and changed my diet, I'd say I was feeling "better" in 48 hours. -
Hello!! I've been gluten-free for a few months now. I'm just getting to the point where I'm getting kind of sick of telling everyone exactly what celiac disease is, so I thought I'd join a forum where I don't have to explain myself to everyone!
