  1. That's a very good point. I never really thought about that. Is the Rainbow Light the favorite of most people with celiac? Thank you for your help. It is really nice to have this support.
  2. Thank you so much for your help. I agree..I think I am just going to have to take additional supplements to get everything I need. I will definitely look into the Rainbow Light. Thanks:)
  3. Hi everyone, My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs and I am unsure of what prenatal vitamin to take. All of the vitamins that I have looked at only have 300mg of calcium in it and the bare minimum of D and B12, so I am just...

  7. Thank you all so much. It is the valencia one...I actually like it. This diet can be really confusing. So many things say they are gluten free, but people have told me to watch out for cross contamination. I think I am just nervous to eat anything without approval!

Has anyone ever tried this...
  9. Do you know anything about the precut broccoli (Eat Smart) and squash (i do not know the brand name). I called the broccoli manufactor but no one called me back.
  10. H, I just found out that I have Celiac Disease. I know fresh veggies in their pure form are fine, but are precut veggies from Costco and Harris Teeter okay? What about canned beans? Does anyone recommend a brand?
