I love the 'dirty rice' mix, haven't had any reaction to that either.

i just bought 'Quick Trim - burn and cleanse, and im not sure if it's gluten free or not.i know the 'Quick Trim -fast cleanse' has wheat berry in it, which i did not buy, and im not sure about the Quick Trim Extreme Burn. I only bought the burn and cleanse, and i didnt see anything in it that might be harmful but if anyone else has taken this let me know...

i like the glutino brand corn bread.Theres 2 kinds, a yellower one and a whiter one, which is the one i tried.It's the only one out of kinninnick and Glutino brands that had the best texture!

I'm a big fan of body shop products... i thougt it was okay to use lotions even if they had gluten in them, as your not ingesting it..It's only the lipbalms you have to worry about..this is what i've heard..anyways i hope i dont have stop using my body shop products!

On my bottle it says white vinegar...

I'm in canada as well, don't see any msg in it either..i'm having it tonight and dont see anything that might make me sick, well see i guess. Could be different in the states ingredients..

i wondered the same thing..i thought there was malt vinegar in it but it said white so i went ahead and had it, but ive been feeling a bit irritated and tired all day...i think i read some hwere you have to watch for dates ( maybe the coating on them?) i also read some caramel coloring may not be gluten free.im going to try calling the company too!!
