  1. Try to eat less processed foods and more simple whole foods. Watch out for greasy, spicy & sugary foods as well. Be careful with decaf & instant coffee as some can contain gluten. Try chamomile, peppermint and ginger teas. They are soothing to the stomach. If you crave chocolate, Enjoy Life brand makes some yummy chocolate bars made from rice...

    Well, going to the alergist was a waste of time! The did the food pricks right there in the office...hardly nothing! She said, alittle on pork, walnuts and crab...well whoopie doo....I dont eat walnuts or crab...and pork well, very little but never had a problem with it... Oh well...it was worth a try, not to mention a very nice scenic drive in the country...

    Wow...I think I'm going to try it....grapefruit vinegar huh...do you just use gapefruit juice and do the same?
  4. My "D" is not stopping. I seem to have anxiety right before I have to go and it's just a little at a time. Should I let it run its corse or try something to stop it? What does everyone do?
  5. Morning going on 4th day of fasting and I just had alittle "D"...can you believe that. I cant believe I still have anything in me!
  6. Fasting for now 72 hours..nothing left in me but mucas. Stomach rumbling is starting to let up. So I will start adding foods one at a time too see. Frutose might be a problem. I've been drinking alot of coke/pepsi for the past two months, which I normally don't. I'm a coffee, tea, water girl myself!) I had mucas awhile back after I ate Bush Beans.....

I know I screwed up..Applebee's twice, chicken wings with a spice rub(not a good idea), cornmeal from quaker...as you can see, I'm alittle new at this...not to mention cc...never new it was such an issue.   9. Anyone try fasting for a couple of days to empty everything in the body after being glutened. I messed up so badly, I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong, so I decided to fast for 3-4 days with liquids/vitamins. Clean out my body and start slowly with food...My husband thinks I've finally lost it!!!! I dont know what else to do...
  10. I went to the Dentist about 6 months ago for a cleaning and they had gluten free ruince and cleaning paste. I was quite impressed. Some don't think to ask...so make sure you ask, even call before you go to that dentist!

  12. Really...cross contamination is that strong! Ive use the same toaster as my family...same pots...same colindar....really...wow...I am shocked. CC effects people that much....maybe that's my problem...boy do I feel like an idiot now! lol!!!! You ladies are great!
  13. Has anyone had the skin testing for food allergies...40-50 pricks on the back to see if your allergic? Is this a good test to have or a waste of time?
  14. Just read somewhere in the forom to beware of cc with wooden spoons and nonstick pans....why? I hope this isn't a stupid question? What kinds of utensils/pans should someone use?

    Has anyone ever gone to an allergist for food allergy testing? I was looking at the enterolab and they are so expensive? I want to get tested but I want to make sure I go to the right kind of doctor....
