Just FYI, the Bare Escentuals natural lipstick is not gluten-free. One of the ingredients is derived from barley. Bare Escentuals has a list of products on their website that should be safe and the lipsticks are not on it. I get this too from time to time, but usually only during PMS. It's interesting that you mention this -- I have been gluten free for 10 days now and I'm PMSing right now and my skin is not currently aching like that. Hmmmm.
