  1. If you are looking for a flour sub for baking, skip the blend that gluten-free cookbooks call for and get Le Garden Bakery's Quick Mix. It's a cup-for-cup flour substitute for any TRADITIONAL baking recipe. No need to use a gluten-free recipe anymore!
  2. In my area SUNY Cortland, Syracuse University and now Ithaca College in NY cater! There are about a dozen other colleges in NY that have started catering as well. You need to ask for the resident dietician and see what the school does to cater to special diets. If you are paying for meal plan, they have to accomidate.
  3. I am the organizer for The Fingerlakes Celiac Group. You can sign up to be a part on meetup.com. We meet in Ithaca, NY. In Syracuse Ruth Wyman is the group leader. In Auburn it is Nikki Hai(315-252-2764). She runs both the R.O.C.K group and the Celiac group for adults in Auburn. Hope this helps!
