Hi Everyone, I've been gluten-free for 3 months and I'm hoping that this forum will allow those of us in the GTA to share thoughts about local bakeries, stores, restuarants, etc. that are gluten-free friendly. I'm with you--only been gluten free for 3 months and learning the ropes. However, as awful as this discussion is, I am starting my list of "what not to buy" products. Wrong thread, but I just found a fabulous product. I discovered the Organic Oven. They are a wholesale/retail bakery with their head office in Mississauga. I tried the multigrain buns...
