Does anyone know if the morton's of omaha tri tip marinated steak form cosco is gluten free? It has hydolized soy protein in it...is that good or bad?? Thanks, Emma4

I will try the flatbread recipe....it sounds pretty good!! However, we are very new at this game(since end of January begining of February) and I feel like am starving or depriving my nine year old who was diagnosed! I realize this is still very new, but I am truely struggling with what to feed her and how to mix it in with our family. No luck on cereals...
