Bonefish Grill, which is also owned by Outback and Carraba's, also offers a gluten-free menu. If you like seafood, they're terrific! I've also never had a problem at McDonald's (they have a gluten-free menu on their website). Chick-fil-A also has a gluten-free menu.

Great--thanks so much for the advice and info!

Actually, I get this question a lot whenever I go through these bouts of nausea; nope, not caused by pregnancy.

Thank you so much for your reply; I can't believe you've been nauseous for nine years--I'm so sorry. I've been dealing with severe nausea for a week, and I'm already super depressed and upset, so I can't even imagine nine years.
I'm a big chicken about taking new drugs because my stomach is so sensitive--do you have any side effects on Compazine? Thanks for suggesting it! It's nice to know that there's something out there that will help with this nauseousness.

I'm in the same boat--I've lost a lot of weight due to my symptoms (diarrhea, nausea, gas, etc.) because eating just isn't fun (and this is after going gluten-free!), so I've been thinking about giving Ensure a try...you said it was gluten-free, but does anyone know if it is lactose free, too? I also am lactose intolerant. Thanks!

Hi, all, this is my first post. First, I just want to say thank you--reading through all of your posts makes me feel not so alone...so thank you SO much.
Here's my story: I was diagnosed with IBS at 20, after several years of "weird" stomach issues (occasional nausea and diarrhea). I was put on Levbid and felt 100% better. 5 years later, I started feeling just awful this past September--constant diarrhea and nausea, which led to weight loss (I'm 5'5 and I now weigh 100 pounds because the nausea is so bad--not good). In November I was diagnosed with celiac disease through the blood test. I'm a very anal person, so I've been very strict with the diet since. Started feeling A LOT better, but still no weight gain, but now the past week I'm nauseous 24/7...any ideas on what it could be? I have an appointment with my GI in two weeks (earliest I could see him) and an appointment with an allergist in a week (maybe it's new food allergies? though I'm barely eating anything due to nausea and I STILL feel bad!).
Thanks for any input or help you can provide!

The nausea is pretty much all the time, though it is worse after I eat. I'm seeing my gastroenterologist in a week, so I'll have to ask him about the digestive enzymes--it sounds like they do wonders for some people. Thanks for the input!
