I hear ya on the husband thing. I've been gluten free for 2 months and am feeling so much better, though I haven't had an official diagnosis yet. I've been gluten-free for 2 months, and I just started to notice recently that my nails (toe and finger) are stronger and growing like crazy! I like them short so it's driving me a little batty cutting them almost every day. If it's a sign of improving health, though, I'll take it! -

Oh so sorry to hear it. I guess you won't do that again soon. I did the same thing with Rocky Road ice cream (not gluten-free!). It made me into a foot-dragging Igor the next day. Blahhhh.
