I've been sort of gluten free since last August, and I've been sort of soy and dairy free since May. I cheat and eat things I'm not supposed to, but sometimes when I'm not on my diet I still feel sick or something. Would it be worth it for me to try and do an elimination diet and see if other foods affect me, or would it be a bad idea with lots of summer... -

I'm a very frustrated teenager. I do not have celiac, but I have a gluten intolerance, I'm hypoglycemic, I have GERD, I have variable bowel syndrome, I currently cannot have soy or dairy (lactose or casein) and I'm really getting frustrated on how I'm supposed to eat. I keep getting head rushes because since I stopped eating dairy and soy my hypoglycemia...
