I've noticed that quite a lot of celiacs have reported problems with eating too much fruit. Is this related to Candida type symptoms? is it advisable to phase in the amount of fruit that one eats ?

As a basic newbie I would really appreciate the input from those with more experience concerning the most important things to pay attention to. For example could you please name the top two most important things to watch for apart from the obvious one of checking for gluten & cross contamination. Thanks.

Can anyone tell me where I can get gluten-free minerals & vitamins in South Africa. Also looking for face creams, lipstick, makeup & mascara. Are there any known suppliers that we can order from? Also does anyone know if the Solgar range of vitamins are completely gluten free?

Hi, can anyone tell me how long it takes to gain weight after being gluten free? My weight keeps dropping even though I feel so much better than before. I can only eat fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, & fish at the moment as everything else causes severe distress. Suffered for years because of misdiagnosis but been gluten free for one month now - yay! also...
