Thanks everyone. I have been away for a few days and am finally getting a chance to check back in. I appreciate that you took the time to respond. I think there may be somethimg to the Vitamin D overdose thing. So I think I will cut back. I'm also thinking of seeing an allergist to see if there might be something else making me feel so badly. ... -

Have you been tested for Hashimoto's disease or other Thyroid related problems? I have Hashimoto's diesease (an autoimmune thyroid condition) and gained over 40lbs despite a very healthy balanced diet and regular exercise and was unnaturally tired most of the time.
