  2. I don't believe it either. Am I supposed to believe that going on an Inuit diet would be good for me? LMAO. They're full of fat to protect themselves from the cold. I live in south Louisiana. Pff. I'm going to eat rice b/c its the only carb I get. I don't eat much fruit or juice. I am fine with dairy, so I guess it's whatever works for you.
  3. Weird. I have drank it religiously for the past 2 years. Sometimes I would get sick, but now it's out of control. I'm buying the regular stuff already ground, and brewing it at home. I think being gluten free or having so much gluten residue must be making it worse. I never used to vomit after drinking coffee, now it's every time.
  4. Haha. We don't even have a DD here. I buy it from the store and make it at home. So no cross contamination.
  5. I drink DD coffee and it makes me sick. I'm trying to figure out why. Yesterday I tried a local coffee, Community, who makes a half-caffeine version. I was a little sick, but manageable. Today I tried DD for kicks and puked it up about 5 minutes later. If they say their beverages are gluten-free, then why do I get sick every time I drink it?

  7. Don't you need carbohydrates in your diet? What do you recommend eating instead of corn and rice? Rice and oatmeal are the only carbs I have left!!!
  8. I have not been diagnosed with Celiac disease, but have noticed that my problems which go back to childhood could be related to a gluten intolerance. I have been exercising religiously since April. I went back to a gluten free diet last week, not replacing wheat/gluten products with gluten free subsitutes, but getting rid of them completely.
