  1. Thanks for the clarification - I am new to all of this and was not aware that spelt is an ancient wheat grain.
  2. I have just bought a package of spelt flour to try some more baking. I was looking at a package of Sha Sha cookies made with spelt flour and the label said that spelt has wheat like properties. Is spelt a no-no? Thanks
  3. I like the world's best as well - you could also do the recycled news paper ones - like mewsprint if you are worried about the tracking. Not as natural though.
  4. Thanks to both of you guys! I plan to go back to the doctor next week and we will see where I get to from there. I was hoping we could just do blood tests. The biopsy sounds scary!
  5. I am new to the gluten-free world. I was diagnosed with IBS but my doctor thought it was a possibility that gluten was an irritator. I went off gluten to try it and feel much better - almost all of my ibs symptoms are gone, unless I inadvertently eat something with hidden gluten. I would like to get tested and have a true diagnosis but I am confused about...
