Trouble is, if you go gluten free now they won't be able to confirm celiac disease. My blood tests were not conclusive, ended up with a colonoscopy and that found the problem. When I used to eat white bread, one slice would put me to sleep within minutes. Also, was very depressed, because the wheat made me feel very tired and without energy to do much...
