About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom with 2 kids. My 6 yr old son tested negative but is a carrier of Celiac disease. My 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac in June 2010 after have concerns of a rash, and slow growth. She tested with levels of >100 and is very very sensitive to gluten. She has been gluten free for a year and is doing better.

  1. Hi Everyone. My daughter is getting ready to start preschool and I am trying to put together a list of gluten free items and ingredients. Does anyone have any on here that are current? I am new to this because this is the first time she is going to school. I am a little nervous about it because we do pretty good at home and am worried that she will have problems...
  2. Thank you for the info. I signed up my son for school yesterday and talked to the nurse at length about what he can have and cannot. They also gave me paperwork to take to our GI doctor next week. I think we will figure it out, it will just take time I guess to find out what we need to do for him. I appreciate all your help.   4. Hello everyone. I recently had my daughter tested for Celiac and she came back positive with her tTg levels >100. The GI doctor said to test my son and he came back with a weak positive at a 4.
