Hi! I'm new to this forum, but maybe I can help a little. I turned out to have celiac and didn't find out until a suspicious thyroid doctor checked it out. Basically, I don't have "obvious" gut reactions to gluten, but it turns me autoimmune against my thyroid. Humph. They're deluding themselves. I'm technically asymptomatic in that I don't have gut response to it, but if I get a bit of gluten, I go all autoimmune towards my thyroid.
