  3. I don't know either, but was going to post a similar question about ice cream too. Mine was Bryers, choc chip mint. Which everyone has told me is an OK ice cream to eat. When the ingredients say 'whey' in a dairy product, are we to assume that is is from the milk whey??
  4. Thank you again, Yes, this may be a greater problem when there is already prepared foods. We are finding this out as school starts back up and all those activities and such that have people bringing foods and we have no control over it. Far from having a small refrigerator and hotplate in my car! lol

Our Michael's is right next to our bed bath & beyond and I need new little load pans and other baking things, since I USED to us the pampered chef stone ones, and I know with the years of illegal foods baked on them, there will be no getting that out! Had to cheat yesterday, if we wanted to eat and am hurting all night and this am still! ...

  10. Thank you Laura. I just made the buns, they came out tasty, but more like biscuits than buns. What is the 'muffin tops' pan? Is that how they are sold? I did not have them and just tried to shape them, but they kind of flattened themselves out a bit. Definitely need something to shape them. I tried making rings with foil, as someone else suggesting...

  18. Wow! Thanks gary's girl! I love that site, I will have to try it like that too as soon as I get my kitchen aid mixer. (any day now) Do you know if you can use splenda or another sugar sub in place of the sugar, and a different vinegar, I have apple cider vinegar? Thanks so much! This site is amazing!

  21. Hi all! Does anybody know a decent recipe for hamburger/hotdog/hoagie buns? Or a make of a decent gluten-free one? I just realized that will be a problem, we love our hamburgers! I tried to search for it, but come up with any mention of bun, hamburger or gluten-free. Thanks so much! sally

  23. I think an awful lot of us can relate to this. I also have fibro and hypothyroid. Which I am just finding out could be from Celiac all along! My husband is still in denial about the fibro and it is going to be hell to switch everything to gluten-free. Thankfully he is out of town on a job til the end of Sept, so I can do this while he is gone and get...
