Hello everyone! I am a 20 year old american student with Celiac Disease. I keep a blog about living a gluten free lifestyle.

    I would also look into maybe living off campus. If they can't feed you properly, you shouldn't be forced into it. I lived in dorms for two years, but luckily my school was really good about allergies, vegetarians, etc so I had more than enough food to eat.
