Be careful with chicken broth, even if it does not list gluten or wheat it can cause a problem, it does with me. I use only chicken broth that is labeled gluten free.

Hello i am new to this group, but have been diagnosed for about three years now. I have a question about reactions or "getting glutened" because I wanted to see if anyone shares my situation.
