About Me

My name is Jenna Rink, (yes like in the movie 13 going on 30) and I was recently diagnosed with celiacs in December of 2009.

Since then, I've been on the look out for any recipe that tastes GOOD, and wont make me sick. If you got any, let me know!!

    I wouldnt have eaten it either. If they normally have a gluten free label then, they should always have it labeled. I was told something was gluten free once, and turns out... NOT GLUTEN FREE! I went back a few days later and the lady denied ever seeing me. That was at a neighborhood restaurant though. Nothing big and corporate like pf changs though....
