HI, I have been gluten free for 9 months now. I have taken full-ownership of this new life style and try to follow the diet to a "T". But I've been sick at least 20 x since then. Why do I keep getting sick? My Dr. said I may have trouble b/c my blood tested so high for Celiacs. For example, I was at a community event this weekend that served fresh baked...
