  1. Ditto to all the above, To the webmaster(s),mods, advanced members and everyone else who give advice, understanding and support. About four months now gluten free and coping well. Thanks guys!
  2. Welcome Blaine, Unfortunately, cutting back wiil not help.I went gluten free about six weeks ago and finally about four nights ago the itching subsided and I've been able to sleep through the nights, even with the girlfriend's snoring. Hope she does'nt read this. Do lots of reading on here and wherever you can get info. There are many hidden triggers...
  3. Funny what you mentioned about your lack of smell. Since I've gone gluten free, my sense of smell has improved.
  4. Hi all, profile is now filled out. I did put up a post in the celiac meeting room sometime last week but didn't know about the profile thing,(new to this). Keep well and stay positive.

  5. Welcome and good luck.As a fellow recently self diagnosed celiac, I can only say great things about this site and the people on here.
  6. This is a bit long winded but seemed to hit all of the relevant points for folks who think they might have C.D. Open Original Shared Link
  7. Open Original Shared Link Here's a link for Sudocrem, there's aloso loads of info if you seach.
  8. I've used something called SUDOCREM, which is for nappy rash, eczema and bed sores. It's an "antiseptic healing cream", not a miracle cure but works for dry skin and really helped with the dark spots.
  9. Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here for about a week now and would like to say hello and thanks for the huge amount that I've learned about celliac (how is it pronounced?)disease. My heart goes out to all of you but especially to those who have lived the hell and frustration for so many years. Compared to most of you, my condition has been a stroll...
  10. Wuh lord,No roti, no shark an bake , no doubles,no crab an dumplin, feeling for you. I just took myself off glutin and the thought of not ever having a roti bake again is the most hurtful thing with this diet but it still beats not having to itch 24/7.Hope you're coping well. Brian,(Barbados)
