ARCHIVED Itchy, Red Rash 24-48 Hours After Exposure

I believe I have the same type of rash originally described here. It is definitely not bumpy welts or hives but just like dry and extremely itchy skin. Right now my elbows and the top of my hands are the worst but it seems to move all over. My forearms, ankles and legs get it badly as well. Unfortunately I haven't found anything that helps get rid of it...
