I know this is an old thread, but: my 16 yr old daughter is gluten and sugar free. Also severe migraine sufferer. Ibuprofen is all that works, but reading ingredients makes me wonder about all ibuprofens -- she not only needs the gluten free kinds, but nothing with any polydextrose or other sugar based ingredients. Does anyone have any further information...
