Im 17 and about 1 month into my gluten-free diet. ever since ive started the diet ive experienced a decline in my overall sense of health. in example: hair is falling out, teeth ache, loss of focus and emotional stability. Even now as i attempt to post in this forum, im struggling to even remember why i started this post. in general i just feel pathetic....
