  1. I was fooled by a label today! Being newly aware of my allergy, I was cleaning out my freezer of gluten. It was around lunch time and I was looking for food as well. I figured all of the Banguet dinners were infected, but I read the labels anyway. I found one that looked to be gluten-free. The brocoli, cheese and rice one....so I popped it in the oven...
  2. I feel better after only 2 weeks. Better is relative. I only have diarrhea 1x every few days...when I used to have hourly BMs. I feel like nutrition is actually getting back into my body.
  3. michneva, I, like you, am guessing at this intolerance. For the last 10 years I have had constant diarreah, fatique, depression and a general feeling of malnutrition. It was only when I read an article in Today's Woman magazine about wheat intolerance that I changed my diet. I AM AMAZED! I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and my dirreah is not as bad...
