  1. The weatherman says the high today will be 98 and it's still May! It looks like will be a roasty summer so I'm looking for gluten-free meals with a summer feel that do not require use of the oven. I'm fine with stove top, crockpot or microwave. Salads ideas are wonderful too! Thanks!
  2. Is the FODMAP something that you would talk to a dietician or a physician about before starting?
  3. I have been eating gluten-free for about six months, but continue to have stomach issues.I also have wheat, barley and oat allergies- in addition to a diagnosis of IBS. Now that I am gluten-free, what additional diet suggestions would you have for me in controlling my IBS symptoms. (I had thought my stomach pain, cramping was simply from my gluten-filled...

However, I am noticing more about "gluten-free oats"- which concerns me as someone who cannot eat oats either. I would like to have protein or some sort of granola bar that I can keep in my purse for social situations when I cannot eat the food that is...
  8. I have been on a gluten-free diet for a little over two weeks. I have had stomach pain off and on since I was 10 years old and have been diagnosed with IBS. For the last three months I have had to take immodium approximately 3-4x a week and strugged frequently with bloating/diarhea/stomach cramping. Upon starting the gluten-free diet I swung to constipation...
