  1. Thanks Suzanne I live in Australia. I found it on a online bookstore called fishpond in Australia. I'm sure they ship internationally... I actually feel like taking the book to my own doctor so she can read the research, as it was pretty obvious she knew very little about it...She just said no you don't have Celiac, and left it like that.... Thanks...
  2. Wow Stephanie your story sounds very similar to mine. I too tested negative for TTG & Biospy and the only thing I did test positive for was Anit-gliadin IGA. My doctor too said I don't have Celiac and that was pretty much end of the conversation. But my question was well why did I have a positive Anit-gliadin IGA and she said that it could be a false...
  3. Just thought I would post an update. After the suggestion from Zu888 (thank you for that), I have read the book Healthier without Wheat and it really has confirmed in my mind I am not Celiac Disease but I do have non-celiac gluten intolerance. The only thing that I tested positive for was Anti-gliadin IGA, everything else was negative including the biopsy...

So if the only phyiscal...

  7. Hi My husband is going gluten free & I was wondering what Gluten Free alcoholic ciders that are available in Australia, since now he can't drink beer? I have come across these brands but I'm not sure if they are gluten free, do you know Strongbow, Mercury & Toohey's Extra Day 5 Seed are gluten free? Cheers
  8. Before Christmas I had a positive TTG IGA blood test & now have a endo booked in next week to confirm. I don't know how long I have had this maybe years, my main symptoms have been bloating & conspitation & probably a lot more I will realise once I go gluten free next week. I have 2 sisters who both have been tested and both had negative blood...
  9. Thanks everyone for your reply. I was so confused was I or wasn
  10. I have been struggling with infertility for many years and I recently asked my doctor if she could test me for Celiac Disease, after reading a number of articles there seems to be a strong connection between Celiac & infertility. My results came back as Anti-Gliadin IgG: 4 units - negative Anti-Gliadin IgA: 31 units - postive Tissue Transglutaminase...
