I got this book as a review copy and honestly there isn't a whole lot of good I can say about it - for one, no yields. for another, half the temps are missing, and some of the recipe directions call for ingredients not listed. The scone recipe calls for almost as much liquid as dry, no binders, and only a single flour. I had to totally re-make the whole thing...
